Carolina Veterinary Hospital has updated runs, Kuranda beds, and new artificial turf in the yard to optimize comfort!
We also have updated cat condos for kitty privacy and comfort!

A fecal exam and proof of adequate flea/tick prevention are also required for all dogs and cats. A fecal exam will be performed at drop off for all boarding dogs to ensure safety for all boarders during their stay. Drop off is at least 1 hour prior to hospital closing time. We ensure exercise and engagement 3-4 times a day for a minimum of 20 minutes each. We have a fenced in yard where your pup can run and play freely. Our kennel assistants make sure your fur-babies are active, safe, have constant access to fresh water throughout the day, and receive their meals accordingly to your preference and instructions. Our new artificial turf was installed at the end of 2024 for optimal pet comfort and cleanliness.
Our upgraded cat boarding area improves enrichment and comfort for our feline friends with multi-level kennels that include a separate litter area (for kitty potty privacy) and clear kennel backs to improve natural light in each condo. Kitties can enjoy more space while still maintaining their privacy and facilitating access to clean litter areas without disturbing any cat nap. Dr D also set up a TV in cat boarding to provide additional visual and audio enrichment.
